Our Solution

Enlightened Machines has developed a fully autonomous AI-powered inspection system that uses smart vision algorithms on mobile robots or fixed stations — eliminating the need for manual inspection.


  • Our system uses trained AI models to:

    • Read expiry/manufacture dates (even with smudged or low-contrast printing)

    • Recognize product shapes, logos, packaging types

    • Detect dents, tears, open flaps, leakage

    • Identify wrong items placed in wrong boxes or bins

  • Our training is fast and uses only 2-3 images of the highest quality reference

  • Mounted on EnMac robots, it inspects packages on the move

  • Can also be placed over conveyor belts or packing stations for high-speed inline QC

  • Ours is the only model which works even under varying lighting conditions

  • Flags anomalies instantly and:

    • Diverts defective items to reject zones
